Debii McAllister
Debii, the founder of Lavender Courage, dedicates her ministry to guiding women toward complete renewal ~ spirit, soul, and body. Her mission is to empower women to deepen their faith, embrace their calling with freedom, find balance between work and rest, and live a healthy, thriving life. She firmly believes that our lives are meant to flourish, to be adorned with strength and dignity, and to laugh without fear of the future. (Prov. 31:25).
Starting her worship and teaching journey during her pre-teen years in Ohio, Debii worked alongside her family in the church her parents established and led. Over the past 35 years, she has pursued her vocation as an ordained minister, a worship pastor, a health coach with master certification, an entrepreneur, and above all, a devoted wife and mother. Currently residing in the picturesque mountains of Tennessee, Debii, along with her husband Ric, and their children Mary and Sam, actively serves in their local church and community when not on the road.
By Design
Intricately woven together by our Creator, within every woman lies the capacity to flourish ~ spirit, soul, and body. Yet we often lose our footing in life’s balancing act, battling the daily demands of both nurture and strength, love and discipline, hustle and quiet. Our ministry aims to empower women to live in God’s design and restore balance, experiencing a life infused with Lavender Courage – the fragrant blend of a gentle healing spirit and the courageous strength of a warrior. Our mission is to embolden you to deepen your faith, find freedom and confidence in both work and rest, and embrace a vibrant, healthy lifestyle as you walk confidently in your calling.

Through a blend of Biblical teaching, practical guidance, and genuine sisterly support, we strive to uplift and inspire you along your path. Together, we experience the beauty of whole living, cultivate resilience and courage, and celebrate the God-given gifts and strengths that make each woman a true warrior of living light in the world.
